Eagle Crest Communities in Wisconsin is seeking a PM Shift RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff in delivering resident care, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and promoting well-being.

Under the Director of Nursing, you will oversee infection control, quality assurance, and admissions screening while managing resources efficiently and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Requires active RN license and LTC experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care.
• Ability to supervise and lead staff effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with relevant computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate resident care delivery in accordance with regulatory and professional standards.
• Implement and monitor nursing policies and procedures.
• Lead infection control, quality assurance, and staff education initiatives.
• Participate in admission screening to ensure appropriate placement and care planning.
