Complete Care at Jefferson Meadows in Baraboo, WI is seeking a Nurse Shift Supervisor (RN/LPN) for the PM shift to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care plans, monitor medications, perform rounds, and ensure accurate documentation. Strong leadership, communication, and independent work are essential in this role within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current, active Wisconsin RN license required.
• Previous nursing supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Experience in hospital, long-term care, skilled nursing, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the assigned shift.
• Coordinate resident care and ensure individualized treatment plans are followed.
• Monitor medication administration, treatments, blood draws, and other nursing services.
• Conduct nursing rounds and monitor residents' conditions and progress.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide education and guidance to nursing staff, residents, and families.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of nursing documentation.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Address staffing and clinical issues that arise during the shift.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with the nursing leadership team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
