Job summary

Wisconsin Counties Association is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants on an assigned unit, ensuring high-quality resident care.

The RN Supervisor also assists with unit management and responds to facility emergencies, complaints, and staffing issues, taking on facility leadership in the absence of the Director of Nursing or Nursing Care Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with current state license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs and CNAs; manage direct and indirect resident care on a unit.
• Provide unit management support and respond to emergencies, complaints, and staffing issues.
• Assume facility management in the absence of the Director of Nursing or Nursing Care Coordinator.
