Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the PM shift.
• Coordinate resident care and ensure individualized treatment plans are followed.
• Monitor medication administration, treatments, blood draws, and other nursing services.
• Conduct nursing rounds and monitor residents' conditions and progress.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide education and guidance to nursing staff, residents, and families.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of nursing documentation.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulations.
• Assist with quality assurance and ensure standards of care are maintained.
• Address staffing and clinical issues that arise during the shift.
• Work independently while collaborating with the nursing leadership team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
