Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Nurse Shift Supervisor (RN) to lead the PM nursing team, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and smooth shift operations. The role involves coordinating care, supervising staff, and communicating with the medical team and families.

The ideal candidate holds an active Wisconsin RN license and has prior supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting, with strong leadership and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license required.
• Previous nursing supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in hospital/long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the PM shift.
• Coordinate resident care and ensure adherence to individualized care plans.
• Monitor medication administration, treatments, and nursing procedures.
• Perform nursing rounds and assess residents' conditions.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and families.
• Ensure accurate nursing documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with quality assurance and maintain standards of care.
