Your Role as RN Nurse Supervisor PM Shift

As an RN Nurse Supervisor PM Shift, you play a critical role in overseeing staff and ensuring high-quality care:

• Care Coordination: Assess resident needs, manage treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians, including working a cart when necessary.

• Leadership: Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, including monitoring medication distribution and blood draws.

• Education: Provide ongoing guidance to staff, residents, and families to promote wellness.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular nursing rounds to track treatments and ensure documentation meets HIPAA standards.

• Collaboration: Work alongside the DON and Administrator to ensure smooth operational flow.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in long-term care or a hospital setting is required for the RN Nurse Supervisor PM Shift.
