Responsibilities include monitoring medications, rounds, and documentation, while collaborating with physicians and families. A Wisconsin RN license and supervisory experience are required for this critical leadership position.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Shift Supervisor to lead our nursing team on the PM shift. This position plays an important role in ensuring quality resident care, supporting nursing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and coordinating the clinical needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Current, active Wisconsin RN license required.

• Previous nursing supervisory or leadership experience required.

• Experience in a hospital, long-term care, skilled nursing, or related healthcare setting preferred.

• Inpatient, long-term care, and/or palliative care experience preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and clinical judgment skills.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

• Strong computer and documentation skills.
