Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC. is seeking a PM shift Cook in White Plains, NY to join an on-site kitchen team. You will prepare hot and cold items, design culinary displays, and ensure accuracy in orders while following company recipes and safety standards.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years kitchen experience, ServSafe certification, and the ability to work a PM shift with weekend coverage. Strong teamwork and energy are essential.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma is required.
• Minimum 3 years kitchen experience is required.
• Current ServSafe Food Handling Certificate required at hire or within 45 days of hire.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Must have an understanding of cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct new and existing Air Culinaire team members.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations and preparation of menu items.
• Ensure all food prep and presentations meet ACW specifications.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety standards (HACCP).
• Assist in ordering, inventory, cleaning, and other duties as assigned.
