Augusta Health and Rehabilitation in Augusta, Wisconsin is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our PM shift team. This is a great opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while working alongside a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional, person-centered care.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour. Benefits available for eligible full-time and part-time employees, including medical, dental & vision, life insurance, 401(k) with 5% employer

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification (required).
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing respectful, high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.
• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, mobility.
• Promote independence, dignity, comfort, and safety.
• Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff.
• Document resident care accurately and according to facility standards.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide quality resident care.
