Job summary

Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the AM shift in Augusta, WI. This part-time role supports residents with daily living activities and delivers person-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.

You will collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team, observe residents, document care, and help promote comfort, dignity, and independence for our residents.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin CNA certification (required).
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team
• Document care accurately in accordance with facility policies
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding care
