Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our PM shift team in Augusta, WI. Starting wage is $20.00/hour and benefits are available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must have Wisconsin CNA certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and mobility.
• Promote resident independence, dignity, comfort, and safety.
• Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff.
• Document resident care accurately and according to facility standards.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide quality resident care.
