Augusta Health and Rehabilitation in Augusta, WI is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the PM shift to provide hands-on care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.

• Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff.
