Job summary

The Plaza at Lubbock in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team. You will administer oral and topical medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, following physician orders and facility policies.

This full-time role offers a 2pm–10pm schedule with double weekend shifts, competitive benefits, and a supportive team dedicated to high-quality resident care and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate knowledge of the five rights of medication administration.
• State CNA certification is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Follow state and federal regulations and facility policy.
• Record medications and treatments accurately.
• Observe for adverse reactions and report to a nurse.
• Administer PRN medications per policy.
