Qualifications

• Competency evaluation requirements must be completed under state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, toileting, and mobility.
• Administer medications under supervision of RN/LPN; prepare and chart doses.
• Record observations and results of treatments and procedures.
• Respond to resident needs promptly and document as required.
• Carry out duties to ensure clean, safe, and comfortable living areas.
