JaniTech in Colchester, VT is hiring an Area Quality Leader for the PM shift on a full-time basis. The role leads cleaners across multiple client locations and ensures a safe, productive work environment with flexible scheduling.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of management experience, cleaning experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks. Competitive pay ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience in any industry.
• Professional cleaning/janitorial experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Background check and Motor Vehicle Report required.
• Working knowledge of cleaning methods.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible and able to reprioritize tasks as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Train, retrain, and assist cleaners.
• Help provide cleaning services when staff are out.
• Keep customer accounts in good standing.
• Interact positively and professionally with customers.
• Complete administrative duties, including time-off requests and evaluations.
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
• Help with project work such as glass cleaning and floor care.
• Be a visible, friendly face for JaniTech.
