Job summary

Four Seasons Resort in Vail, CO, seeks a passionate, full-time seasonal Server for Tavernetta Vail. You will provide expertly served beverages and dining experiences, anticipating guests’ needs and presenting menu options in the fine dining outlet.

The role requires 2+ years of server experience in a fast-paced high-end setting, strong English communication, and current work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining an exceptional knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks and information about menu item preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system.
• Deliver and clear guest food and assist with guest needs throughout service in a timely manner.
• Close guest checks and process cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Communicate with other team members for support and accuracy of tableservice delivery.

About the role:

The position isafull-time seasonal position onthe food and beverage team and provides an expertly served beverage or dining experience;anticipatingthe guests’ needs and an expert on the menu optionsfordinner servicein the fine dining outlet.

What you will do:

What you bring:

• 2+yearsserverexperience inafast-pacedhigh-endrestaurant settingrequired.


• This role has direct contact with guests and as such,good communicationskills are a necessity.


• Fluency in English isrequiredfor thislocationand this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.


• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
