Job summary

Mail Management Services, Inc. is hiring a Full Time Non CDL truck driver to serve our mission of providing reliable service for customers in Memphis, TN.

The driver will cover routes with a 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM shift and must work Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled. Requirements include 12 months of verifiable box truck driving experience within the last 5 years, a valid driver's license, and being at least 23 years old.

Qualifications

• 12 months verifiable box truck driving experience within the last 5 years.
• Possess valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must meet company driving standards and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record in accordance with applicable law.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of all USPS and federally required pre-employment screenings.
• Must be able to perform frequent lifting and pushing/pulling wheeled carts up to 100lbs
• Must pass a DOT Physical and Pre-employment drug test (company paid)
• Proficient in basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drivers must arrive on time daily.
• Drivers must inspect the truck before, during, and after the run for problems. Notify the local operations manager of any issues.
• Complete job daily within guidelines of company procedures and policies, as well as federal and state regulations of operating motor vehicles.
• Report any delays (weather, traffic, breakdowns) that will interfere with on-time arrival at postal facilities.
