Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a CDL A Route Delivery Driver to join our Memphis-West, TN team. The role involves delivering healthcare linen products on a Monday–Friday schedule, with 10-hour shifts and pay of $25.00 per hour.

The driver must maintain DOT compliance, provide excellent customer service, and adhere to safety standards while transporting goods to customers on assigned routes. Occasional nights and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
• Clean driving record in accordance with company policy.
• Knowledge of DOT, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Strong attendance, communication, time management, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Availability to drive nights and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver healthcare linen products to customers on assigned routes.
• Maintain excellent attendance and meet established delivery schedules.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members.
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, company safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Complete required daily and weekly paperwork accurately and on time.
• Perform daily visual inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Load, unload, push, and pull linen carts as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work cooperatively with a diverse workforce and follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Be flexible to work beyond scheduled hours when delivery or production needs arise.
• Cross-train on additional routes as needed to support department operations.
• Transport equipment to service providers for repairs and maintenance when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
