Qualifications

• One year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Modify patient plans of care based on data collection and patient needs.
• Use Evidence-Based Practice to provide patient care.
• Delegate according to scope of practice.
• Verify plan of care with interprofessional colleagues, patient and caregiver(s).
• Provide education based on learning needs and family involvement.
