Job summary

Elwyn seeks a Registered Nurse House Manager in California to lead the PM shift at a 962 residential home. You will ensure nursing care aligns with directives from the Program Administrator and coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team to monitor resident health needs.

You will train staff on clinical care, maintain medical documentation, and uphold safety, privacy, and compliance while supporting residents with daily living activities and health plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must possess current First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing procedures within RN scope of practice.
• Assess vital signs and notify team/physician promptly.
• Develop and update Health Care Plans and IHCPs.
