Elwyn California is seeking an RN House Manager to lead the PM shift in a residential home, ensuring nursing care per program directives and mandated reporting. The role emphasizes staff supervision, safety, and compliance with DDS/Regional Center requirements.

A California RN license and BLS are required, along with a valid driver\'s license and clearances. The successful candidate will coordinate with families and hospitals, maintain documentation, and supervise staff while upholding privacy

Qualifications

• Active Professional Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing in California.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must possess a valid driver\'s license and two years driving experience in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Lead staff on the PM shift for one 962 residential home.
• Ensure nursing care and directives are followed per the 962 Program Administrator.
• Report suspected abuse in accordance with law and program policies.
• Provide staff supervision and training on clinical aspects of healthcare.
• Maintain Health Care Plan implementation and required documentation.
• Ensure equipment, supplies, and documentation are up to date.
