Elwyn is seeking an RN House Manager to lead the PM shift for one residential home in California. The role ensures nursing care and program directives are followed, with mandated reporting of suspected abuse and collaboration with the Program Administrator.

The candidate will supervise staff, maintain the Health Care Plan, and ensure regulatory compliance. A California RN license, BLS, and relevant supervisory experience are required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree.

• Active RN licensure in California.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff on PM shift for one residential home.
• Ensure nursing care and directives are followed as per the Program Administrator.
• Maintain Health Care Plan implementation and proper documentation.
• Supervise staff and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Report events per DDS/Regional Center requirements.
• Provide staff training on clinical aspects of healthcare.
