Vista Prairie Communities at Fieldcrest, Assisted Living and Memory Care, is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily activities in a compassionate, team-oriented community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living or related health care field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal care needs (e.g., bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations.
