Job summary

MRG Exams is seeking a Part-Time Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Provider to perform independent medical assessments of United States Veterans for VA disability benefits. You will review medical records through a secure portal, conduct comprehensive exams, and complete Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs).

This is an assessment-only role, with no treating responsibilities, and aims to review 3 veterans per day.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Physiatrist license.
• Board certification in PM&R or Neurology/ Psychiatry.
• Experience completing Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs) or similar forms.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and perform comprehensive assessments for 3 veterans per day.
• Complete DBQs through the VA web portal and document exam findings.
• Provide medical opinions based on data from records and examinations.
• This is a non-treating, assessment-only role.
• Part-time availability: 2–3 days per week.
