Job summary

Schedule: 1 day per month or 2 half-days every other week. Compensation ranges from $1,200 to $1,400 per day, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• MD or DO license with PM&R specialization.
• Board certification in PM&R, Neurological Surgery, Psychiatry and Neurology preferred.
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing medical records and completing DBQs.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze veterans' medical records through a secure web portal.
• Conduct comprehensive, non-treating assessments of veterans to document current health conditions.
• Complete and submit DBQs based on VA templates to capture medical findings.
• Ensure all DBQs are thorough, accurate, and submitted within 24 hours of assessment.
• Assess up to four veterans daily.
