MRG Exams is seeking a qualified PM&R physician to perform independent medical assessments for veterans through secure online portals. This non-treating role focuses on reviewing records, conducting evaluations, and completing VA Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).

Applicants must hold an MD or DO with PM&R, and board certification is preferred. The position involves assessing up to four veterans per day with a strict 24-hour DBQ submission window.

Formación

• Active MD or DO license with a PM&R specialization.
• Board certification in Neurological Surgery, PM&R, or Psychiatry and Neurology is preferred; candidates with a two-year residency in a relevant specialty will be considered.
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze veterans' medical records through a secure web portal
• Conduct comprehensive, non-treating assessments of veterans to document current health conditions
• Complete and submit DBQs based on VA-specific templates to capture all relevant medical findings
• Ensure that all DBQs are thorough, accurate, and submitted within 24 hours of the assessment
• Assess up to four veterans daily
