Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a PM&R clinician (NP/PA) to provide specialized rehab services at a designated SNF/post-acute rehab center in Lanham, MD. The role emphasizes autonomous practice, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and leadership within the facility.

Ideal candidates hold NP/PA licensure in Maryland, have post-acute or SNF experience, and are motivated by improving geriatric patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold NP/APRN/PA license and Maryland license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Post-acute or SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams for SNF care management.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP teams to improve patient function.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy with internal medicine.
