Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Charlotte, NC seeks a Part-time PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to provide specialized rehabilitation services at a designated SNF. You will work with the post-acute therapy team to improve patient independence and quality of life.

Active NC NP/PA license, ability to work in the U.S., and post-acute experience preferred. Part-time W2 role with hours roughly 9 AM–4 PM, pay $77–$90 per hour, and access to malpractice coverage, CEUs, and a company laptop.

Qualifications

• NP/APR/PA license (NC) or eligible to practice in the U.S.
• Post-acute or SNF care experience preferred
• Patient-centered approach with strong collaboration skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a facility setting
• Commitment to delivering high-quality post-acute care

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant in SNF/post-acute settings
• Represent CRC in the facility with clinical leadership and teamwork
• Collaborate with PCP and therapy teams to manage common SNF conditions
• Work with PT/OT/SLP teams to improve patient function and quality of life
• Track patient progress and assist in overcoming barriers to therapy
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and culture-building activities
