Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services across age groups, from infants to elderly. You will assess, treat, plan, document, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, while supervising students or staff as assigned.

The role includes PM&R team leadership duties such as staff meetings, operational oversight, coaching, and contributing to budget-related activities. Virginia licensure and NBCOT are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• NBCOT examination passed.
• Current Virginia State licensure required.
• AHA BLS Provider CPR required at hire.
• Professional competency as a general practitioner per AOTA.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates patients for goal settings, treatment planning with implementation of the POC.
• Records and documents patient evaluation, treatment, and progress.
• Supervises therapy personnel/students as assigned.
• Maintains current knowledge on new programs and treatments; participates in special projects.
