Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation and treatment services including assessments, planning, implementation, reevaluation, and documentation.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with leadership and staffing scheduling to meet productivity and service demands.
• Promote efficient utilization of quality services and participate in program development and policy review with leadership.
• Coordinate referrals and communicate with key stakeholders across care teams.
