Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Virginia.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates and develops OT programs for all patients as needed.
• Supervises Occupational Therapist Assistants and aides per state guidelines.
• Develops effective OT treatment plans and goals for each patient.
• Collaborates with the center team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Completes documentation and billing timely and accurately; ensures MD orders are obtained per policy.
