Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in McComb, MS seeks a part-time NP/PM&R clinician to provide specialized rehabilitation services in a SNF setting. You will work closely with the post-acute therapy team to optimize patient outcomes and independence, in collaboration with PCPs and therapy staff.

The ideal candidate has NP/APRN licensure in Mississippi, ability to work in the U.S., and post-acute/SNF experience preferred. A strong patient-centred approach and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• NP/APRN License in Mississippi is required.
• Mississippi license to practice is required.
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• Post-acute/SNF experience preferred.
• Desire to deliver high-quality patient care with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in the facility with clinical leadership and collaboration with the care team.
• Collaborate with PCP teams for SNF-related conditions (CVA, neurological conditions, post-op ortho).
• Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP to improve function and quality of life.
• Follow patients to track progress and address therapy barriers (pain, spasticity, neurogenic issues).
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to culture-building and ongoing education.
