Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a Part-time NP PM&R Clinician to provide specialized Physiatry services at a designated SNF in McComb, MS. You will lead clinical care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and drive functional outcomes for geriatric patients in a post-acute setting.

The ideal candidate has NP/APRN licensure in Mississippi, post-acute/SNF experience, and a desire for flexible scheduling with autonomy and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• NP/APRN license required and active license in Mississippi.
• Experience in post-acute/SNF settings preferred.
• Capability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services in a SNF/post-acute setting.
• Lead clinical collaboration with the facility care team.
• Coordinate with PCPs on management of neuromusculoskeletal conditions.
• Support therapy teams to improve patient function and independence.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to culture building.
