Job summary
Comprehensive Rehab Consultant is seeking a full-time NP/PA PM&R Clinician based in Smithfield and North Providence, Rhode Island. Join a physician-owned group dedicated to high-quality patient care and enjoy a supportive team environment with autonomy and flexibility.

Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner/APRN/Physician Assistant License is required.
- Rhode Island medical license required.
- Experience in post-acute care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized PM&R services as a rehab consultant.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes.
- Track therapy patient progress and address barriers to therapy.
