Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a PM&R clinician to serve in SNF settings across North Lima and Austintown, OH. The role focuses on enhancing functional outcomes for geriatric patients, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and promoting patient independence.

You will work a consistent 8-hour day (8 AM–5 PM) on a full-time W-2 basis with a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing education opportunities including certification pathways within CRC.

Qualifications

• NP/APRn/PA license required.
• Ohio license required.
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• Post-acute/SNF experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in the facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams for SNF-related conditions.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP to improve function and quality of life.
• Follow therapy patients to track progress.
• Assess barriers to therapy (pain, spasticity, neurogenic issues).
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and culture-building events.
• Engage in ongoing education and Didactic sessions.
