Job summary

Sentinel Health Services is seeking physicians to perform Compensation and Pension examinations for U.S. veterans. You will assess, document, and submit findings through VA portals from approved facilities with dedicated equipment.

Ideal candidates have PM&R board certification, an MD/DO license, and psychology credentials where applicable. The role supports flexible scheduling, with on-site office requirements and insurance obligations as part of practice operations.

Qualifications

• Must have your own OFFICE.
• Office must be at a Commercial Location (Not Home Based).
• Must have Your Own Malpractice Insurance (Named Insured).
• Must have Commercial Liability Insurance for Your Practice Location.
• Must have 2 years of Clinical Experience.
• Board Certification in PM&R.

Responsibilities

• Perform Compensation and Pension Examinations on Veterans.
• Conduct a C&P Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Residuals examination.
• Complete a thorough review of digital medical records.
• Conduct a physical assessment based on specific disability claims.
• Submit information gathered through an online portal for the VA to review as part of a compensation/pension claim.
• All exams will take place at approved facilities with proper equipment and internet access provided.
• If you have your own practice, you can conduct these exams with a flexible schedule that works with your current patient scheduling.
