Job summary

Mosaic Management seeks a caring Caregiver for its senior living community in Scottsdale, AZ. You will provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents, helping with daily activities and promoting dignity and joy.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, meals, mobility, monitoring wellbeing, and documenting care in compliance with policies. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Resident Care & Support
  • Provide compassionate, hands‑on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
  • Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
  • Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range‑of‑motion activities.
  • Monitor residents’ comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.
• Health Monitoring & Documentation
  • Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
  • Report any changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
  • Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience strongly valued.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
