Mosaicms is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our Scottsdale senior living community. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, helping with daily activities and promoting dignity and joy in daily life.

You will monitor health, document observations, and support engaging programs that enhance residents’ well-being. The role requires patience, empathy, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading and writing fluency.
• Empathy, patience and genuine care for seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living and memory care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on resident care, including bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and mobility.
• Monitor residents’ comfort, document changes, and communicate with staff.
• Support resident engagement through activities and social interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Resident Care & Support
  • Provide compassionate, hands‑on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
  • Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
  • Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range‑of‑motion activities.
  • Monitor residents’ comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.
• Health Monitoring & Documentation
  • Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
  • Report any changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
  • Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience strongly valued.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
