Mosaic Management is seeking a Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on care in our senior living community. The role focuses on assisting with daily activities, meals, hydration, and mobility while maintaining residents' dignity and comfort.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong English communication, and a genuine desire to support seniors. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is valued in our fast-paced team environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience valued.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Monitor vital signs, document observations, and report changes to the Caregiver Coordinator.
• Support engagement through activities and monitor resident comfort and needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Resident Care & Support
  • Provide compassionate, hands‑on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
  • Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
  • Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range‑of‑motion activities.
  • Monitor residents’ comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.
• Health Monitoring & Documentation
  • Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
  • Report any changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
  • Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
