Mosaic Management in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Caregiver to build meaningful connections with residents in our senior living community. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care and help residents live each day with dignity and joy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience is valued.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must demonstrate patience, empathy and a genuine desire to support seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities.
• Monitor residents’ comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
• Report any changes in residents’ status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
• Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in accordance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote resident engagement and participate in activities to enhance quality of life.
