Rotobec U. S. A., Inc. in Littleton, NH is seeking a PM Press Brake Operator to operate a CNC press brake, read blueprints, and ensure quality parts.

The role reports to the Production Foreman and requires lifting up to 50 lbs. The schedule is Mon-Thurs from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., with comprehensive benefits listed in the job requirements. Ideal candidates have a technical degree or 3+ years of manufacturing experience, strong measurement skills, and the ability to work safely within GMP

Qualifications

• Technical degree in a related field or three or more years of comparable manufacturing experience deemed valid by the employer.
• Excellent knowledge of all measuring devices.
• Understand and identify parts from blueprints/CAD drawings.
• Ability to perform quality work in compliance with required standards.

Responsibilities

• Adjust the machine to control speed and ensure proper setup and quality output.
• Read, follow, and understand blueprints.
• Inspect fabricated parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications.
• Understand and perform set-up of each unit correctly.

PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR (USA) Schedule: Monday to Thursday 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. Location: Littleton, NH Report to:Production Foreman

Press brake operators produce parts and tools from metal using a press brake, a computer-controlled (CNC) piece of equipment that makes precision bends, punches, or cuts into material

Job Responsibilities

• Adjust the machine to control speed and make sure the machine is set up correctly and produces quality products
• Read, follow, and understand blueprints
• Inspect the fabricated part to ensure it matches the specifications from the blueprint
• Understands and performs set-up of each unit correctly
• Safely operate equipment, machinery, and overhead crane
• Meets or exceeds set production targets as directed by Production Foreman
• Keep the area, machines, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and clear of debris
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the Production Foreman
• Participate and successfully complete all required safety training
• Adhere to company safety policies, procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Willing to cross-train as needed

Job Requirements
