Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa is seeking a PM Part Time Server for the Santa Ana Cafe Restaurant. Take accurate food and beverage orders and help create a warm, memorable dining experience for our guests.

This hourly entry-level role offers an USD pay basis and opportunities for growth within Hyatt's Food & Beverage team. We provide benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 12 free nights at Hyatt hotels worldwide to support your career and personal well-being.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Check on guest throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
• Clear, clean, and rest tables efficiently.
• Handle cash and credit-card transactions.
• Address guest complaints properly and involve a manager when necessary.
• Help create a positive guest experience and support overall team performance.
