Qualifications

• Project management experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC, plumbing, or fire protection.
• Solid understanding of commercial construction and coordination with field operations.
• Ability to balance multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Subcontractor management experience strongly preferred.
• Healthcare, data center, tenant improvement, or ground-up experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate field teams of various sizes and schedules.
• Oversee budgets, documentation, subcontractors, and execution.
• Partner with clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proactively address schedule, cost, and coordination issues.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
