Job summary

Hyatt operates the Downtown Tampa properties seeking a Lobby Attendant PM to maintain pristine public areas and assist guests during the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift.

This role supports Housekeeping, requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and strong customer service. Previous cleaning experience is preferred, and the position is onsite in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Hospitality environment experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and public areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Maintain cleanliness and restocking of public restrooms.
• Ensure all furniture, décor, and fixtures in public areas are clean and tidy.
• Monitor lobby appearance throughout the shift and address issues promptly.
• Respond to guest requests and provide assistance courteously.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Hospitality environment experience a plus.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to consistently work the PM shift from 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.
