Doubletree by Hilton Colorado Springs is seeking a Lobby Attendant to ensure the property's public spaces remain pristine and welcoming. This role involves a mix of housekeeping duties and light guest services throughout the PM shift.
The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and attention to detail. They will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the lobby, assisting guests, and ensuring public areas are well-kept. Compensation ranges from $15.16 to $15.50 hourly.
The otel lobby attendant ensures the property's public spaces remain pristine, welcoming, and safe. Acting as a key point of contact, they blend housekeeping duties with light guest services. Responsibilities typically include vacuuming carpets, sanitizing restrooms, greeting guests, and swiftly reporting maintenance or security issues. This is a PM Shift position. Responsibilities: • Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain high standards of appearance in the lobby, front entrance, hallways, and public restrooms by dusting, mopping, polishing glass, and emptying trash. • Guest Assistance: Warmly greet patrons, provide basic directions, answer inquiries, and assist with luggage or special needs. • Public Area Upkeep: Monitor and maintain peripheral spaces such as the business center, fitness areas, and complimentary breakfast or lounge zones. • Supply Restocking: Frequently check lobby restrooms and coffee stations, refilling necessities like toilet paper, soap, and napkins. • Reporting & Safety: Promptly report any property damage, safety hazards, or broken furniture to the maintenance or management teams. Qualifications: • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for extended shifts and lift/carry items up to 50 pounds. • Customer Service Skills: A friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests. • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for identifying messes and ensuring high cleanliness standards. • Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. • Experience: Previous background in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality-based customer service is preferred.
