Responsibilities

• Prepares food items per recipe specifications and restaurant standards.
• Fry, grill, and sauté using kitchen equipment.
• Knife skills for chopping and slicing a variety of items.
• Assist in other kitchen areas when needed (prep, cleaning, dish).
• Store incoming food deliveries properly (freezer, fridge, dry storage).
• Complete restocking, cleaning, and opening/closing duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
