Job summary

Dallas Country Club is seeking a professional Line Cook to prepare food to exact chef specifications and set up stations for the menu. You will assist the executive and sous chefs with daily tasks and play a key role in delivering quality and timely dishes to our members.

The ideal candidate should have 1+ year of high-volume restaurant experience, hold a Food Handlers Certification, and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork in a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of high-volume restaurant experience.
• Must have Food Handlers Certification.
• Proven cooking experience, including Line Cook/Prep Cook.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Strong knife skills and range of cooking methods.
• Prepare food from scratch by following recipes to ensure consistency.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service and assist chefs as needed.
• Follow executive or sous chef's instructions and maintain cleanliness.
• Stock inventory and ensure timely, high-quality output.
