The Stand Carmel Mountain is hiring a Line Cook to join our San Diego kitchen. You will cook and prep on grill, fry, salad, and expo stations, following our build guides to ensure every item meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep on multiple stations including grill and expo.
• Follow build guides to ensure consistency across menu items.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized station at all times.
• Prepare food promptly during rush periods.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit kitchen team and support guests.
• Attend to special guest requests and uphold The Stand values.
