Job summary

The Oak Room - Georgetown is seeking an experienced PM Line Cook to join our high-end dining team. You will contribute to maintaining the highest quality food and service in a fast-paced kitchen.

Ideal candidates have at least 1–3 years of experience in high-end cuisine and high-volume kitchens, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years in high-end cuisine and high-volume kitchen.
• Detail oriented with a strong culinary technique foundation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate kitchen needs to Chef or Manager.
• Cook and plate all food according to recipe specifications.
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
• Restock station when necessary.
• Assist at other stations when needed.
• Maintain FIFO and quality of food items and storage.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
