Job summary

StepStone-Hospitality-Inc is hiring a culinary support specialist to cover PM shifts (2:30pm-10:30pm or 3:00pm-11:00pm), including weekends and holidays. You will adhere to written recipes, prepare sauces and dishes, and help with station setup for breakfast and lunch offerings.

Responsibilities include reporting out-of-stock items, supervising prep and pantry staff, ensuring proper dining room order and pickup procedures, and maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards in a high-volume

Qualifications

• Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and local regulations.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.

Requirements

• Must be available nights, weekends, & holidays.
• Minimum lifting of 20 pounds.
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
• Hearing, writing, typing.
• Minimum pulling of 20 pounds.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
• High school education and relevant training and experience preferred.
• Food safety training, CPR training, and first aid training preferred.
